Who is Robin?

She graduated from Altamont High School in 1979, went off to Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville where she met Keith Heltsley. They got married and she disappeared for close to 20 years as she ran all over the place, following Keith around and raising her growing family.

Now she is back and looking forward to once againbeing a part of the community of Altamont.
